Hagan’s potato gems
One of my family’s favourites is Potato gems BBQ style
Buy these from the supermarket, generally in the freezer section, allow to thaw slightly and give a light coating of oil.
On a hot BBQ, cook these till they are golden brown
Line a bowl with paper towel and placing in bowl
Try chicken salt, or a little Parmesan cheese for a bit of kick!!
